FRAMEWORK FOR THE ASSESSMENT CENTER OF SCHFS

 

Our team relocated to Riyadh, in order to develop a new framework that would support the assessment center of SCHFS. The main goal of the project was to develop a suggestion model that would increase the predictive capabilities of the assessment center. By using the information acquired on the past (and current, if available) exam answers, it would be easier to predict student’s performance. With the ETL and predictive capabilities of Alteryx the SCFHS would be able to assure that the psychometric tests are standardised, reliable and valid.

We used Alteryx technologies to gather information from different raw sources and to feed our predictive model. Using a low code platform as Alteryx, we were able to train and evolve local team so that they are able to be autonomous in future developments. We also designed and developed dashboards so that it would be easier for the board and the analysts to have a 360º degrees vision of the business.
